This past Tuesday, November 22nd, the Dallas Chapter of the National Stuttering Association held it’s November Social Event (aka Chat n’ Chew), and here’s a quick recap of what happened:

We met at Zenna, a Thai/Japanese restaurant in Downtown Dallas to enjoy some delicious dinner together. We had 10 people in attendance (8 PWS and 2 friends) ready to get happy during happy hour.

Between Francisco’s first sushi experience, Russ ordering enough fried rice to feed a small village, and a couple sake bombs, it’s fair to say that we had a great time.

After we finished dinner we all went for a walk around the city… and this happened:

We decided to jump on board with the latest viral internet trend, the #mannequinchallenge, where people remain frozen in action like mannequins while a video is recorded. The Dallas NSA Chapter sure is F-U-N.

Just another one of the shenanigans that happen during our gatherings. Don’t you wish you were there?

Make sure not to miss the next one, next Tuesday, when we are having our “November Chapter Meeting: Friends and Family Edition”. We will be talking about things to be thankful for, and rumor has it that there might be cookies. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.

Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

We are thankful for the mission, vision, and support this great organization has.
