| Last Saturday, the Dallas Chapter of the National Stuttering Association got together under the Texas sun to have a good time by the pool, drink some cold ones, and do some chatting– it was our June Chat and Chew!
Even though the group was a small one, the Dallas Chapter always knows how to make the best of any situation, and we certainly did just that. While some of us jumped in the pool (covered in copious amounts in sunscreen), others enjoyed delicious hot dogs, burgers and fries. We talked about the conference, about the sun and our plans for the summer. Everybody had a beer (or three), and some of us even found the time to watch World Cup game (how about them Germans?!)– overall a fantastic Sunday. |
