The Duluth Minnesota Chapter of the National Stuttering Association met for two hours on Wednesday, January 20th. We had a guest speaker from Australia tie in via video chat. The speaker, Cameron Raynes, is an award winning author that often incorporates stuttering into his stories, including his new novel “First Person Shooter”. During our meeting, Cameron talked about he overcame the challenges of stuttering to pursue a career in writing, teaching, and public speaking. It was very inspiring and led to many interesting group discussions.
