NSA 2019 Conference Fundraiser - Hair Dye Challenge!

Our Vermont NSA Chapter is trying to raise $5000 to send local families to the AMAZING National Stuttering Association conference in Ft. Lauderdale next summer!

Sam, Sara and Danra will dye our hair fun colors (purple is winning so far)!

Gaetan De La Bruere Memorial Fund

A memorial fund has been established in honor of an enthusiastic and active member of our stuttering community, Gaetan De La Bruere, who passed away in August 2014.

He had been mentoring a student in the Northeast Kingdom and was hoping to establish a support group in that area at the time of his passing.

The Memorial Fund was established by Gate’s family with the intention to support:

— Stuttering Support Groups

— Community Outreach

— Stuttering Research

They hope to give people who stutter around Vermont greater access to the support they need and to spread awareness about stuttering.

See Gate’s family’s description of how he was striving for these goals before he passed.

Thank you for helping us continue his mission!

To Donate:

Checks can be made out to “The UVM Foundation”
