Please join us as we go artsy with a touch of revolutionary at our April Chat and Chew: Hamilton at the DMA!!
Late Nights at the DMA is a monthly series of events that take place the third Friday of every month, and on Friday, April 19, do not throw away your shot…to celebrate the renowned musical Hamilton! Join the revolution with a Hamilton sing-a-long led by Hamiltunes Dallas, watch episodes of Drunk History, take a guided tour of the art from the American Revolution, and more, all surrounded by your stamily!
The museum will have activities from 6:00 all the way to 11:00pm, and some examples of the events you will be able to partake are:
Late Night Creations: Be a BigWig
Get Constitutional Convention ready by making your own powdered wig! Use paper to create a coif sure to impress the rest of the Founding Fathers on your American adventure.
Hamiltunes: Act 1
Join Hamiltunes Dallas and raise a glass to freedom as you sing along to songs from Act 1 of Hamilton including My Shot, The Schuyler Sisters, Helpless, Satisfied, and Wait for It.
Drop in for a few favorite episodes of Drunk History looking at the life of Alexander Hamilton, his fatal duel with Aaron Burr, and the dramatic presidential election of 1800 between John Adams and Thomas Jefferson.

The cost for the whole event is $10 (or $5 with any student ID), FREE for children 11 or under, and you can buy your tickets at the front desk that day. Bring your friends!

**There are plenty of parking option around Klyde Warren Park, or you can park in the garage of the DMA for $10.**
We will meet at 6:00pm in front of the mosaic at the entrance of the museum.
