The February meeting on Palm Beach TWST was held on 2/4/15 at 5:15. This was a very special meeting for us as we were joined by Brian, a local EMT/Paramedic/Firefighter who talked about his journey with stuttering and how this has impacted his career and his life overall. Brian was eager to meet with the members of TWST, and explained that this was the first time he had ever been in a room full of people who stutter. Brian added that this was “an inspiration” to him. But it was also an inspiration for the TWST members and their parents who learned through this meeting that each teen can meet life’s challenges and set goals without allowing stuttering to limit these. Brian answered questions from teens and parents. We want to thank Brian for his time, his honesty and his work.
