April Monthly Recap

In our April meeting, the group participated in an activity called the “Fake Name Game.” This was a fun activity to kick off the meeting in which one person started by making up a fake name for themselves. Each consecutive person had to remember the prior person’s name and make up a name for themselves as well. This went around the room multiple times with each person having to remember all of the names that were said before, and it got harder each time! The final activity was called “Can you top this?” In this game, members were asked to share their worst stuttering/communication experience. Members were encouraged to exaggerate either a true or fictitious event in order to create a dramatic and fun story for all to hear.
