Hi everyone,
Our meeting tonight saw 5 attendees. We had some tantalizing and thought provoking discussions about speech therapy, listeners’ reactions, and what it feels like to stutter.
We discussed the disconnect between speech therapists and stutterers and how to bridge the gap: no matter how competent an SLP is, they will never know what it is like to stutter.
