At tonight’s meeting we had 4 persons who stutter and 2 SLP students. During our meeting we introduced ourselves, chatted about the past two weeks, and caught up on positives and negatives of our speech. One of our members purposely chose to not avoid words he usually does when at the meeting. This was a chance for this member to be completely honest with himself and provided a moment when he did not have to try and hide his stutter. We discussed our upcoming 5k Run/Walk and everyone is very excited for the event. We hope to see you all there!
